It wasn't until AFTER I spent the money and sent the messages (that were never delivered) that I learned about the FCC rules for mass texting. No apologies, No refund. No assistance to help make the message compliant. It was a time-sensitive issue and I got zero use out of the money and time I spent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
