The simplicity of how the system works and customer service is alwasy avaiable. I utilize the system daily on my computer and my cell phone as well. It is easy to implement with new users on my team. So many different features are avaialbe to use as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My delivery rate is always above 90%, the mobile app makes everything so convienent for me on the go but recently their customer service has has just blown me away with how resonsive and helpful they are. I use textdrip everyday for my business, haven't look at replacing it with other services. I know the saying "you get what you pay for" and I'm not saying Textdrip prices are unreasonable. However, I've been told there are other services that would cut my expenses in half or expand my outreach even further with what I put into funding on textdrip with more tools and features at my disposal. TextDrip has done so much for my business! I have used many other bulk/drip SMS services before and none of them even come close to textDrip! It is very easy to do everything I need to and their customer service is top-notch! All of my other CRMS are very easily integrated as well! There are not many downsides to TextDrip. If I had to point out one thing that dislike, it would have to be the separated view of the phone numbers. I feel like they could have done it a little better and integrated it into their system a little better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
