its UI is easy to understand and use, this is what we use every day for test case creation. what I like about it is that it's a web-based application, which means we can access it anywhere as long as we have an internet connection. I would also like to add on its feature where you can integrate it with other applications that are essential to your testing such as Git, Jenkins, Jira and a lot more. While TestRail is a powerhouse for test management, I find that its flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword, leading to a complex setup for new projects. Additionally, the test case templating system is less flexible than I’d like, often requiring manual tweaking.
