What do you like best about TestRail?

its UI is easy to understand and use, this is what we use every day for test case creation. what I like about it is that it's a web-based application, which means we can access it anywhere as long as we have an internet connection. I would also like to add on its feature where you can integrate it with other applications that are essential to your testing such as Git, Jenkins, Jira and a lot more. What do you dislike about TestRail?

I think UI can be improved and I hope they add more tools that can be integrated with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TestRail?

TestRail has revolutionized the way we manage our testing procedures. Its intuitive interface allows for seamless navigation and test case organization. I particularly appreciate the comprehensive reporting features that offer in-depth insights into our testing cycles. The ability to integrate with various issue trackers and version control systems further enhances our productivity, ensuring that our software development and QA teams are perfectly synced. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TestRail?

While TestRail is a powerhouse for test management, I find that its flexibility can sometimes be a double-edged sword, leading to a complex setup for new projects. Additionally, the test case templating system is less flexible than I’d like, often requiring manual tweaking. On occasions, the performance can lag, especially when dealing with large numbers of test cases, which can be a bit of a setback for our workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Ease of Implementation: Understanding and setting up TestRail seems a bit complicated and it would be handy to have some tutorials for newcomers.

Number of Features: The existing features are great but there is always room for more and it would be great if the UI maybe had a refresh Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
