What do you like best about Testfairy?

TestFairy has really good app distribution capabilities, and the fact that it integrates with our OKTA saved us a lot of headache. The video recordings are very useful, and so does the ability to shake the app and provide feedback with video recording Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

TestFairy helps us with app distribution to the right people in the company, with OKTA integration so that only company employees can access the service.

What do you like best about Testfairy?

The fact that you get a video recording of a user session, synchronised with network activity, logs, crashes is absolutely brilliant in helping debug issues that are hard to recreated.

In addition, you can add custom data to easily find a relevant session.

There are also insights on app responsiveness and performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Testfairy?

security/privacy concerns does not allow using this in production - that would have been an amazing tool to get insights on real users usage patterns. For some industries / applications this is not a concern though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Testfairy:

I highly recommend this product. It is simply an excellent product and it comes with great service and support. We were getting answers to technical questions in hours and feature requests we asked for were implemented in days. What do you like best about Testfairy?

Seamless testing and integration with tools like bitrise. Support extremely responsive and professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We would like to have a unified view of all crashes of all testers that we can pipe into slack for example. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
