What do you like best about Chatbot?

Is the best tool for answering your customers at any time. We use it to answer customers in holidays, at night and any time we cant have an person answering. User further to collect customer information as email, phone number and this is the way we create leads at any time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatbot?

It is very simple, but to use it at 100% you made neet tu complete the training. Maybe if they have a video tutorial should be better. In spanish or other languages too.

What do you like best about Chatbot?

I like the chatbot as it is very useful to help users quickly resolve a common question or frequently asked questions. It responds to users' questions with accurate to near-immediate responses, which allows them to solve the issue, and it is very as well. User needs to chat their question to the chatbot message window, and the chatbot will immediately respond to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Chatbot?

As chatbot uses natural language processing and has predefined text answers so sometimes, it doesn't have the exact response to the user's query. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
