However, I had zero sales development experience (I'm a marketer), so I went to the Tenbound Sales Development Conference and SDR Manager training and learned a lot of fundamentals and frameworks to build out initial processes, activites, and metrics at my company. We've hit our meetings booked quota every month since the program has launched and are now currently looking to hire a few FTEs into this function.
