The only dowside with Telnyx is to make sure you get an quick easy solution instead of tech support keeping you on hold I had a situation with softphone in which took all day to complete one tech agent had me on hold for long periods of time after I mentioned I wanted to get the phone connected as soon as possible to business . Instead the same tech rep told me a quicker solution to make the calls and that should have been mentioned from the start to save time . But when I called the tech support after I left a message the rep called back the same day which is a plus and they was very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
