What problems is Teleopti WFM Integration solving and how is that benefiting you?
None so far! So it's nice. I really would have enjoyed if there was more space on the page to see everything. It is always good to know that the information of the customer is right at our fingertips. Most of the time I am scrolling around to find information that usually would take me about 4-6 mins. This saves time and also time for the customer. The customer does not want to have to be on the phone with us longer than they need too. They are busy people that just want their issues solved.
