Quick to make appointments. Not redeemable otherwise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Doctors at teladoc cannot prescribe most medications. They will recommend a medication, say they can't prescribe it, and literally hang up on you. If you ask for a refund, they will point to a loophole in the fine print of their agreement to avoid giving you a refund. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The system is pretty awful, but not nearly as bad as Inpathy's, which I've also reviewed somewhere. I've posted some photos showing a couple of the smaller bugs.
The customer service is terrible. Because there is no technical support. And no management support. So the nice reps answering the phone can do absolutely nothing about technical problems.
Email Support also does nothing about technical problems.
I also have evidence they censor and stuff reviews. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Maybe than going to the doctor but if you want to speak to a physician that is not an option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think a UX person is necessary. It is unclear what happens next after filling out really robust paperwork online — which takes a lot time and is easy to get lost in. It never says like “you won’t need to speak to a doctor”. So the whole time I thought this was just paperwork to even make an appointment to see a physician. But rather, the doc was able to prescribe medicine without seeing me. I don’t know if this is always the case though. So really a UX overhaul would go a long way.
Also a better integration with mobile devices would rock. Uploading photos from iPhone was challenge because they don’t support HEIC images. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
