Tegral is very user friendly, supporting all my needs without having to use other software. It provides superior cusomer support which includes multiple online video tutorials. As an administrator I like the customisability of Tegral, it can adapt to suit our business needs. As a user of a few different Field Service softwares, Tegral was the most universal and detailed available on the market. Features. Form & Functionality. This app is customizable to suit your needs. You can create your own forms or use one of their standard templates. User friendly across the board from field techs to planning teams to administrators. The reports generated are great for management reporting. I highly recommend this application.
