What do you like best about TEGRAL?

Tegral is an outstanding developer, providing perfect customer service and support. The app excels in delivering KPIs, making it easy to access information through user-requested reports. What do you dislike about TEGRAL?

They only develop for IOs, I think it would be great if it could be also use in Android. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TEGRAL?

The solutions that are able to provide supported by learning videos. Can they develope a workflow to meet "my" individual business needs! Yes they can and did! Exceeded our expectations at every need and "delivered" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TEGRAL?

TEGRAL is just the best. Nothing to not like about the attention to detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TEGRAL solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to track assets, manage more flows and labour including follow up work and increased revenue.Our previous system lacked and we had no transparency. We even employed a contractor to extrapolate reports. TEGRAL had all this built in with "real time" reporting to both us as a business and the customer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tegral is local to us in Perth Western Australia and has an efficent support team to resolve issues in a timely manner Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No complaints at this stage.

What do you like best about TEGRAL?

This product is very easy to use. The reporting has a lot of detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The limitations are mostly a result of the data provided. There isn't much the product can do to fix bad input. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
