What do you like best about Teamwork Commerce?

Ease of processing point-of-sale transactions, maintaining client records, store inventory records. Teamwork Retail is, by far, one of the most user-friendly POS systems I have ever used. I would recommend this POS system for small to midsize businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teamwork Commerce?

Many of the features in Teamwork create a user friendly experience alone and with co workers. The reminders are a great advantage for any work day and the ability to swap shifts with any co worker creates an easier shift give away option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Teamwork, you can fully control your company's daily performance. This ERP allows easy integration with other platforms; in our case, with Sugar CRM, this gives us data management advantages because we optimize time, and at the same time, we can have the best of both services. Some integrations that we have tried to do with TeamWork require a number of work hours or an agency supporting the process to ensure that the services we have contracted are getting the most out of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teamwork Commerce?

The real truth here is not only is the product a forward-thinking, adaptable, analytical must-have solution for retail, the team is strong, supportive and not only reactive but proactive.

This is what's needed in today's requirements for the full POS experience from being a customer, a clerk, a store manager/owner, a franchisee model and from a data analysis expert that focuses on sales trends.

The special project team has the utmost skills as it relates to product knowledge, integration options and reporting options.

The integration team not only provides the tools to build your own and make recommendations, but they also configure existing integrations to online solutions they can support the build to newer solutions, especially the current trend of delivery.

The systems team provides data importing options as it relates to large qty of coupons, and customer cards (loyalty) they also provided a direct VPN connection to the data for our specialized analytical reporting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Teamwork Commerce?

This is a tough one, if I have any dislikes I make sure and communicate them with the potential for them to be added in a future release, they have an open policy for suggestions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Teamwork Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our latest project is the ability to process online delivery orders from various providers through a centralized solution directly to the POS system thus allowing our stores to process the order as if it was an in-store order.

The benefit is huge, no hardware is required, iOS app-based with notification enabled to prompt the clerk to manage the order.

We can now remove the 1-x other devices for the delivery solutions and all sales data is 100% accurate for reporting and inventory management.

We control every item (all details, images and prices) in the cloud-based backend of the POS for all online solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Teamwork Commerce?

What do you dislike about Teamwork Commerce?

It appears incomplete, there is no cohesion while working through the platform. The backend interface is inconsistent, functionality differs between sections, and fields are referenced differently in different places. This is one of our team's biggest pain points, it has hindered our data and warehouse team. We were pitched an OOBE that was highly dynamic and flexible, but that is not the case. The potential is there, but it has to be custom-built and comes with a heavy queue. The custom barcoding solution is devastatingly clunky and inefficient. The integration with Shopify is stable and works, but could be a little more dynamic/flexible. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We needed a direct integration with Shopify and a modern POS. Those needs were mostly satiated. Things are a little clunky, but you can make them work or find a workaround. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Teamwork Commerce:

Its worth for only a mom and pop store. Doesn't scale, unprofessional support and not even a true order management system. I would not recommend their OMS solution at all and maybe their POS is ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
