Communication is a big problem we have solved. Having all of our multiple associations' registrations on one site has increased our number of participants. What do you like best about TeamSideline.com?

Customer service is great. Product is easy to use. We moved from another platform and were blown away with the ease of use and the support received. Also, the low cost is great too. We have been with TeamSideline for a few months, setting up software for a new sports season. To date, we don't dislike anything. Everything has been easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamSideline.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous platform had lots of bells and whistles but was a nightmare to navigate through for both the parent and the admin team. The things that took several clicks to get to, if we could get to them at all, are simple and straightforward with TeamSideline. In nearly 20 years of sports league management, we have never had so many issues and parent complaints with the registration/league software as we had with our previous provider. What do you like best about TeamSideline.com?

TeamSideline has been a game-changer for our organization! It was challenging to find software to fit our needs, and TeamSideline has exceeded our expectations. It is an easy-to-use software from participant registration to league management. We register teams, collect fees, manage rosters, create a variety of schedules and tournaments, and assign officials. We have yet to tap into the many fantastic capabilities TeamSideline has to offer. Team Sideline's customer service is top-notch. Their response time is within minutes. Team Sideline is very easy to use and provides a variety of league and tournament options. Low-cost They have a variety of communication options (text and email) for coaches and managers. Very efficient. A significant number of reports from enrollments to financials. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about TeamSideline.com?

Being a youth sports non -profit organization, we need to maximize our resources the best that we can. Switching over to the teamsideline software has allowed us to automate everything and helped saved money and resources that can be better utilized in other areas of need. Something else that has been significant for us was the simplicity that is delivered. We found it very easy on both the consumer end with registration and with the administrative side setting up the programs. It is very user-friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about TeamSideline.com?

I can't find much to say that could be negative. Anything I have had to learn or find out is available with links and or videos. In a worst-case scenario, the support team is outstanding and will assist if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is TeamSideline.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our organization was able to automate 100% of our processes and procedures. We moved to a completely paperless system, making it significantly easier on our player agents and registrations. We were also able to get rid of our landline phone bill utilizing the text messaging feature to communicate with registrants and their parents. We used another product for registration and payment. We spent hours three times a year trying to get the data into the format needed for financial purposes. The staffing efficiencies gained more than outweighed the cost to use TeamSideline. We were also able to track account balances in real-time.
