10 out of 11 Total Reviews for TeamsID

There are a few things I like best about TeamsID. First, it is a great way to keep track of all my team's passwords and logins in one place. This is really helpful when multiple people need access to the same account. Second, the sharing feature is really handy. I can easily share logins and passwords with other members of my team without having to remember to send them each individually. Lastly, I love the security features. I feel confident that my team's information is safe and secure when it is stored in TeamsID. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike that it is difficult to find the information I need when I am looking for it. It is also difficult to know where to start when I am trying to figure out how to use the features of the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Small text. Hard to find in settings where to change font size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Rather than having misc. docs with passwords floating around, this is a great way to keep it organized in one spot for everyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The add on for Chrome constantly pops up to ask if I want to save that sites login info to TeamsID even if I have already done it several times. Not super user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When you have the chrome extension installed, any website for which you have information stored will offer you a drop-down of sorts in the username and password fields, from which you can choose the TeamsID entry you prefer to log in with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. There is no way to see, within either the extension or the app itself, WHICH individuals make up the “marketing” or “hr” teams. So that I end up sharing every new record with everyone individually because our team has grown over the past year and a half and I have no way to see whether they’ve been added to any of these teams. We waste time DAILY running experiments—“Ok, I shared the record with “social media”; do you see it? No? Ok, I’ll share with “marketing.” What about now?”
2. You can’t edit entries from the widget. That wouldn’t be terrible, except that there isn’t even an “Edit in Browser” icon anywhere in the chrome extension, so if an entry needs updating, I have to exit out of the widget, open a new tab, navigate directly to the platform in the browser, and then find the entry all over again that I’d already been looking at in my widget. It’s just not intuitive.
3. You *have* to use the green “copy” button that is HIDDEN until you hover (!!) in order to copy the password or username from the widget into any page login. If you instead just double-click to highlight either field, the widget will ALSO highlight the “copy” button...but since it’s hidden, you know *know* this has happened, so you’ll keep putting in an incorrect password that unbeknownst to you has the word “copy” tagged on to the end. A lot of coworkers have updated passwords for this specific reason, only to find it’s a TeansID UI problem.
4. “Favorites” often does not work. We have an increasingly long list of passwords & I need to be able to narrow down to the ones I use. But sometimes when I toggle “favorites,” the chrome extension shows me the same entire list, and no amount of toggling back and forth will “wake it up,” as it were. I just have to give up and live without favorites until it figures it out again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you can store a lot of logins and the Chrome Extension is always for quick login access. I think that a lot of companies could use this product as it is very secure (login with Google) and it directly links + you can limit who has access to what logins (users/passwords) based upon the access they have in the company. So they could be a manager or associate level that uses it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The design is a little bland. It does not turn me away, but I feel it could be updated and be more present. For what it needs to do though it does the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It allows our team to have a centralized secure method to keep track of all passwords Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing really to dislike. It does what is advertised and it does it well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Nice product easy to use and implement and the thing that I like the most is its integration with the giant Google, which is like a cherry on the cake Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very few software are of this type i really haven't found any cons in this product till now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is simple yet solid product. Have used a few password management softwares which are very complicated. With TeamsID you feel safe, secure due to powerful encryption but at the same time it is very simple to use product. Fully integrated with google for work with single sign on which no other competitor has. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
So far it is fully integrated with Google for work app. Would like to see more integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is so easy to use. I was using LastPass for 2 years and it is way way way too complicated for the average 15 person company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much I disliked. It did exactly what I wanted it to do and it did it well enough Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
