What do you like best about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

Feel easy to implement abd use. I was able to reduce churn and increase srevenue by identifying various errors uncaught through log monitoring. Improved the customer experiences by reducing page navigation and user click Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tealeaf is an AI based application and has helped a lot to do more about website information, customer website interaction and keeping a log of sessions which keeps customer data inputs from customer in form of videos which can be replayed to know where and what customer visited most. What do you dislike about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

Honestly, this application has great advantage but something which I dislike is it holds data for only 2 weeks and not more. Every transaction which has crossed 2 weeks is as good as gone, so probably that could be made better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I have worked in the insurance sector where it is required to know about the customer activity like type of transaction and necessary changes made by the user during the session Tealeaf has helped a lot to know more about such transactions to keep a track of it and hence provide some analytics. Tealeaf does a good job in capturing session data for mobile and desktop web and native application experience. The nuts and bolts of request and response traffic payload! Instrumentation of the capture components can take time to tune and in some cases as your site or native application technology changes this can lag behind in your effort to monitor and capture. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tealeaf solved the problem of understanding why and impact of issues for our business channels on the web and native application implementations. What do you like best about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

The most important part of the application is Acoustic Tealeaf is that as it is an AI powered application providing session recording to see that did the user did on UI and we can replay it again to see the action. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

All the features of Tealeaf is very apt but the only thing that I would mention as disliking is it had session recording for only 14 days and we cannot see the session having log more than 14 days. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As I work for a client where we deal with the prod data of insurance company, so I'm order to see that type of Transaction and what are the necessary changes made by the user on the policy. Installation of on-premise version is very complex

Use of it requires you to bypass various layers of standard security encryption( not recommended )

Complicated mechanism to put to work before getting it to use it as compared to various other cheaper and ready yo use solutions available in market

Used anomaly detection extensively. Loved how it helps showcase top anomalies. Also , the full session replay has been top-notch. Have been an extensive user in the Insurance domain. What do you like best about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

Tealeaf provides all relevant answers for every possible analytics task for websites or mobile apps. It shows a very complete and visual set of information like full session replays. Nothing stays hidden in the data. Everything is customizable.

The current industry standard to analyze what is happening on websites and mobile apps is what is known as traditional web analytics. In my view, these traditional techniques have never been sufficient to really answer my questions and to tell me why certain metrics look the way they do.

Tealeaf is able to analyze any arbitrary visitor behavior and present insights in a very visual and easy to consume way. In terms of behavior insights, Tealeaf breaks all previous limitations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tealeaf by Acoustic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Some of my solved problems/questions:

- Q: How far do visitors scroll down on a certain page? Which parts of the page do they focus most? On which page items do they click and hover most?

- A: These questions are solved with the Tealeaf out-of-the-box heatmap reports.

- Q: We see a significant loss in our conversion funnel on step 2, but why are people leaving on this step? Did they see an error, has the next-button been disabled, did they miss out important information because it was not visible or not present enough?

- A: These questions have been solved by simply replaying some sessions, where people struggle and leave on step 2.

Furthermore, with Tealeaf's data integration capabilities, we did export the list of affected users and re-engaged them to come back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

I love being able to see the actual sessions of a user to better understand why they may have done something like abandoning a form or not completing a purchase. Knowing what people are doing only gets us so far, understanding why puts us into action. Further, I love the ability to add metrics to quantify issues and opportunities on the fly. I don't need IT interaction and sprint scheduling, I can create metrics from the recorded sessions and start gathering data that day! Support for this product has been great as well. Whether its my direct vendor support team or simply using their portal I get fast responses and solutions to my questions. The user community is helpful as well, sponsored user groups have put me in touch with other expert users for major companies, aiding our implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tealeaf by Acoustic?

There isn't much that I dislike that isn't already being addressed in upcoming feature releases. Things like sharing of video sessions with other colleagues, and simplification of integration with other platforms are on the road map. You can do these things today and the professional services team is very helpful in accomplishing this for us. I look forward to simple point & click integrations with platforms like Adobe Analytics, Target, and a CDP platform. Notes or some sort of highlighting feature would be nice in conjunction with the ability to share recorded sessions but again I believe this is on their road map. Recommendations to others considering Tealeaf by Acoustic:

If you do not have a session recording software you need it. One of my biggest recommendations is to "integrate" it with your VoC (Survey) software. Think about the surveys you might get from your website, "I can't do anything!" a person may say. How does that help you improve your site? When you have Acoustic Analytics linked, you can quickly see what that person was doing and why they might be complaining. From their it's easy to then create a metric and see if it was just 1 person complaining or a true problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tealeaf by Acoustic solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are solving new business problems every week with Acoustic analytics. Some of the larger examples include errors for customer payments preventing us from collecting over $1M online. With Acoustic Analytics we were able to measure the impact and increase the speed to resolution. We also have addressed volumes of customer complaints regarding the lack of contact information. By viewing sessions and walking through examples with IT we were able to implement UI/UX changes that are increasing our digital satisfaction scores. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
