Customer service in the past year (2024) has been very responsive and helpful, especially as our company users were ramping up. While there's definitely an initial investment to learn the system and set up your processes, it pays off quickly with time savings and consistency.

Documenting complex entities and transactions (e.g., cost sharing or residual profit split) is possible in the tool but not simple. That said, these methods require more customization and experience than maybe a tool like this is expected to require. More complex analyses should likely be left outside the tool.
