I find SaasAnt Transactions more efficient for importing transactions and invoices. I find SaasAnt Transactions to be extremely time-saving and labor-saving for bulk uploads and deletes, helping me meet target timelines. I love the Undo feature at the end of uploads and the Cancel feature that lets me cancel uploads midway for any reason. Its error handling mechanism is good. The tool is fantastic with a minimal and well-organized user interface. Navigating to the required screen to get work done is straightforward, and even a newbie can do it without issues. The software handles errors effectively, resolving Chart of Account Upload Errors. Additionally, the quick and accurate responses from Miss Vigasini on Live Chat support have been great. The speed of the upload can be increased. It's helpful especially when uploading whole year data that runs into about a million line items. 500GLs shouldn't be taking 10-15min for upload. Data validation feature can be introduced to check the duplicates in the data, invalid data, invalid characters in the data that prevents upload, split the file automatically into multiple files when an uploaded file has more transactions than allowed in a single file, increasing the number of lines that can be uploaded using a single file, Availability of customer support 24 x 7 instead of limited hours. I would appreciate it if it can maintain a log of all the upload errors so that such errors can be downloaded at the end of the day for internal reporting purposes and share with colleagues on how data should be managed to avoid errors. I've been using SaasAnt for a few years and I can say it definitely made my life much easier. After learning how to map and also finding the correct format; integration and data transfer is a breeze now. There are also numerous features that are available to use.

I appreciate that SaasAnt Transactions allows me to upload my journal entries, which saves me a lot of time because I do not have to manually input the numbers. Poojah was a big help.
