Tave allows me to stay very organized and keeps track of all my booking as it syncs with my calendar. It also makes doing business as a photographer very easy because quotes & contracts are all online. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1) Tave doesn't have an app and I have to use safari on my Iphone almost daily to take care of quotes, contracts, and receipts on the go. 2) I don't like the presentation of the contact form as it integrates with my Squarespace site. 3) I also don't like that they haven't figured out a way to incorporate photo uploading in the contact form. The ability to quickly look at financial metrics on your dashboard comparing month over month and year over year is a great help when planning and also a great motivator to keep pushing your business to achieve more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would like to see even great reporting and anaylitics brought into Tave. Also, I don't see any way to download (offload) all of the data that's brought into Tave. There should be some way to back all of that information up for our own safe keeping and assess if needed outside of the platform historically. While not a dislike per see, I would like to see more modules created for the main screen. I can't even say I know what they should be at the moment but that area has been a bit stagnet over time. Interaction with quickbooks or some other manner of actual accounting system would be nice or if Tave would BECOME that item as well it would be useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's a catch22 - the immense about of functionality is amazing but also intimidating and the interface can sometimes feel like "coding". I find myself having to test, preview, and double test things sometimes just to make sure I have done it correctly before my client experiences anything. Táve helps me in my day to day running of my business and makes me more productive with my time. I love the automatic emails you can setup along with tasks. At present you can not separate the VAT out when inputting your expenses, you can when creating invoices just not on expenses. As I’m in the UK and VAT registered this is a must to see what I can flame back from the VAT and what I owe. Hopefully they will improve this on an update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Tave help us to streamline much of our business, helps upkeep up to date with cleints, financials and profiles. It allows me and my team time to work in real-time and be on the same page with all our clients.
Tave has been the best investment for our business and I can imagine working without it now!

I once tracked wedding clients with post it notes and would move them through a complicated process of where they were in the life cycle of the project...took up an entire wall in my office and was cumbersome in so many ways. When I discovered tave and companys like it I did my home work and picked the right product and it was tave hands down. You won't be disappointed...Setup is a bit of a learning curve, give yourself time in the off season, use tech help, they response pretty quickly when you're new. Very happy. Before Tave, I was very bad in organizing tasks to my day to day activities in completing a customer project in my line of event management. From start to finish is my great helper in organizing everything for me like from the very beginning of just inquiry to the very end of the successful event. The updates of the software are not released very often, which sometimes creates problems because more advanced features are required for more complex tasks. It would be great if more options were introduced to customize my plans even further. I find that they don’t update the software very often. I would like to see more options to customize my work even further. Like it would be great if I can have the option to make video calls with my customer from any location to get their perspective of choice while making choices for their project. They are getting developed constantly and their customer support is great. We can easily do everything at one place because it grants us so many features and can be used for different purposes. It can also be used for lead tracking, bills, contracts, payments, client questionnaires, email automations etc. It helps me handling queries from website. I can easily store documents on it. It is very time confusing and frustrating for setting up for the first time. Many people leave it just because of it time consuming set up. It needs a large learning curve for the first time for novice users. It needs a lot of customization while setting up.
