It can be annoying to get your data set up to pull through the platform. This can cause discrepancies in the data and what data appears and does not, which can then make the data not entirely up-to-date or reliable. While they have great data, we only needed to use one and their price is prohibitive for an agency to offer it to all of their clients when some of the clients do not spend a significant amount. Something like $1800 for 10 accounts? That would kill any agency where a client is only spending a few hundred. It helps us monitor the performance of our online digital and commercial campaigns. It offers excellent mechanisms and suggestions to optimize future campaigns and expand the reach and audience channeling.
