I like the look of Tapclicks reports. They're clean ,well organized, professional-looking in perfect easy-to-read, widgets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes you really need to refresh the dashboard. It's simple enough to refresh but that can slow you down. Also the refresh is never instant, it takes an email confirmation (i.e. they tell you when it's ready for viewing). In some cases you'll need to connect then reconnect the widget. TapClicks is a software that allows my team as well as my whole company to be able to rely on the data and information that we have aggregated through a number of sources across our complex campaigns. When it is time to show our clients how well our campaigns are performing, where their money is going, and what we actually do for them TapClicks makes it surprisingly easy to filter down all of the information that we have from many different locations. There are not many things that I would be able to talk about when it comes to things I dislike about the program. First and foremost would have to be the cost of the program overall. While it isn't prohibitively high that would make me want to stop doing business with the company, it's high enough that we've researched other options. Another issue is getting customer service on the phone or being able to connect through email. Sometimes that process can take more time than I have or want to spend. It's a great platform to visualize data coming from many different platforms (Trade Desk, Facebook ads, Linkedin ads, Snapchat etc.) and build dashboards for all our clients. Each client has their own login with access to their campaigns' data, and it's very easy to set up new dashboards or add new campaigns to a dashboard.
Our customer success manager is also very responsive and Tapclicks is always willing to respond to any feedback we have and set up connections with new platforms they're not natively connected to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tech support can take some time to understand more complex bugs and issues we have (although that's not often).

TapClicks is a great program that makes it incredibly easy to compile data sets and other information into one easy-to-use platform. I like the features of this program that make it easy to break reports and analytical data down by vertical market, client, or just about any other way that you can think of. This program is a great way to get a more clear understanding of how campaigns are performing at any given time depending on how you have your integrations set up with TapClicks. While TapClicks does do an amazing job at most things, there are a couple of things that could be tweaked to make it an overall powerhouse. While it does take a little while to get used to how things are set up and the best way to construct your reporting that gets sent out, once you do get the hang of things, everything else starts to come naturally. Another thing that could be changed is the price. That can be said for most programs though, so I wouldn't give this too much weight when considering this as an option. Last, would be the support that TapClicks provides for its userbase. It can sometimes take a good while to get in contact with the right person or to get your question answered. I like how easy it is to set up data connections between multiple buying platforms, and the ease with which you can compare data between multiple time periods. Downloadable widgets are also great for deep analytics of certain data sets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some integrations like with Roku aren't perfect. We've been having issues having the platform distinguish between multiple types of conversions, rather it groups them all together. The formatting when typing executive summaries also is a bit clunky. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is not much that I dislike, just that some platforms such as Tiktok are not supported via API or a connector, but with the smart connectors, you can get things done with it no problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TapClicks reporting dashboard makes it relatively simple to connect data streams, customize widgets, and make reporting on various campaigns and products super simple. The data filtering UX leaves something to be desired. It's challenging to refine filters for a few data sources, especially when filters need to be updated. Overall it's simple but inefficient. It leaves a bit on the table on that front. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The best thing about this software is you are able to connect any of your raw data through spreadsheets, as well as the ability to create custom channels and calculations to represent data. The ability to create and schedule reports gives me the freedom to focus on other activities while my clients receive automated reports about their marketing performance. There isn't really too much to dislike. There could be more options for font and design! The ability to rotate pie charts isn't very versatile. Many times there are pieces of data labels that are cut off and it's trying to get them to show up in the report. It's nice to be able to change the colors, but the rotation and sizing can sometimes be a problem when trying to condense reports onto less paper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
