There is a serious lag time, it has been going on for awhile and I know being worked on. This lag leads me to not use the dashboard at all, I will go straight to the platform running itself for metrics OR have my campaign managers pull raw exports of metrics for me. It's honestly ridiculous the lag time. I think the dashboard is next to worthless at the moment due to the severe lag. It's my understanding that it has been fixed back down to 24 hour lag, I haven't deterred from using my alternate method yet. I also do not like the lack of detail we're able to pipe in for some of the products/services offered. A few examples are Facebook, Choozle and xAd. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The simple and attractive charts are automatically populated and make reporting information to clients a breeze. We also can provide clients with their own logins to view their dashboard at any time which can save us time pulling data to send clients on demand. Their customer service is extremely helpful and willing to help you with any challenges you are facing with the platform and typically will work with you to solve these to the best of their ability.
