The amount of services integrated into the Tapclicks platform is incredible. Every third party vendor you would use under the agency umbrella is accounted for.
We loved the ease in setting up a custom dashboard that enabled us to see the exact analytics relevant to our clients. Within these dashboards, the widgets are very clean, concise, and provide unique insights into what could potentially be boring & monotonous reporting/tracking. Unfortunately, the one metric we've consistently run into issues with is the total Facebook reach numbers. The facebook "Reach" and "Frequency" fields are stored on a daily basis, when looking at a range, this value may differ from the source and in some cases be very inflated. As a small agency we've struggled with managing reporting and providing visuals for our customers. Tapclicks puts everything in one place and their dashboard solution is the best we've come across. In the short time we've been a customer, it has saved us countless hours every week creating and sending manual reports, and has provided a powerful dashboard that creates even more value for our customers.
We run several different types of campaigns from multiple vendors, TapClicks has allowed us to create unique dashboards that can tell individual stories very effectively. Not only is the feature set robust, the support I've received from both the sales and service side is phenomenal. When it actually works:
Ease of connecting data, presenting data exactly how I want it presented (PDF emailed reports monthly of dashboards, type of data on dashboards, ability to view date ranges on dashboard). Used To Email PDF Attachments and type outlines as "Reports" - then made the big jump to this. Immediately it saved me 40hrs/month on reports between around 20 clients. Cuts report time to 15-30 each mins each max - for our written summary basically only, and marketing directors can easily train team members to use it and set up new dashboards.
Great client management/user management/data profiles management system, white label features, the number of data connectors blows everything else away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Feature sets at higher plan levels unclearly presented by reps, when we upgraded upgrade to get the leads data import in native Tapclicks UI (at first we were using Google docs/sheets embeds which looked horrible on PDF emailed version). The ability to merge said lead sources together that I upgraded to, requires yet another upgrade?!
Google Data Studio looms overhead as a free better solution and is improving fast withconnectors and things like Supermetrics for 3rd party data connectors that are much less expensive as an overall solution. But lacks more professional features like the emailing of reports, and Tapclicks is a few steps ahead with very customizable date sets and customizable send dates. However, a scheduled reporting feature is scheduled this year to come out on Google Data Studio
Update 4/13/18
We are consistently having issues with CallRail disconnecting, reports that are scheduled that automatically go out without data with CallRail and their Google Sheet connector for leads. The main reason we upgraded from lowest to middle plan, and it keeps breaking and has been nothing but a nightmare.
On top of that, they do monthly updates, and the most recent they changed the Move/Resize system which broke all the PDFs that are scheduled to go out, and have been going out broken to clients. They look at that first page, and it's all messed up, has been a real bad look, a huge hassle. Real big black eye hearing it from clients. Should allow an option to opt out of Tapclick software update(s), or revert in this case of breaking every single clients' reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We work with many newspapers, ad agencies and media buyers and need to be able to brand them to their customers. The branding is virtually limitless. No matter how many customers we add and customer campaigns they add, we can easily make sure their logo is always in front of their customer. We're trying to make TapClicks do the unusual and detailed reporting that our agency offers and it doesn't always end up well - but it's not for lack of trying on both our side and the TapClicks side. Also, more than one user at a time can't be in a dashboard making edits because it will cause some edits to not show up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
