The customizable widgets are really interesting and make the overall visual aspect of the reports a super strong asset to our client calls.

We seem to have some kind of error routinely with the platform. Sometimes it's on our end, but more often than not, the platform itself has been unreliable and we've had to spend a significant amount of time troubleshooting and editing widgets so clients stop seeing incorrect data.

Tapclicks became a valuable to for me once completing the one on one training. Whenever I run into an issue I cannot troubleshoot myself, support will promptly assist in resolving the issue.

Minor things - such as not being able to change pie chart section colors beyond what is assigned at the dashboard level.

Significantly reduces time spent compiling data from multiple channels so that more time is spent with actually analysis and insights.

The best part of TapClicks for agencies and marketers is that you are able to connect multiple media channels and customize the view for each of your clients, allowing you to show real-time data from multiple clients at once.

It's a little hard to set up at the beginning, some time the connections brake and didn't get notifications.

How useful the platform can be and how all the data from multiple source are pulled into one dashboard for easy conivence. I love how the data is always accurate

Some times I do get locked out of the account and I have to constantly restart my password or sometimes the connections break without us knowing and we have to dig in the backend to pull a report our selfs.

Tapclicks provides an easy and efficient way to give our clients a glimpse into their online efforts through one, cohesive and detailed report. Their customer service is absolutely fantastic. Any issues are addressed quickly and any suggestions are heard with follow up to address them.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

The only hurdle can be connections. If things are connected properly it can throw an entire report off. This however is rarely an issue rooted in Tapclicks court, often instead coming from the connection, but Tapclicks works diligently to help address the issue with you.

We have robust digital marketing plans for each client. Tapclicks affords us the ability to show them everything all in one report that looks cohesive and is effective in showing how each tactic works together to achieve the primary goal.

**What do you like best about TapClicks?**

TapClicks is hands down the best reporting and data platform. When deciding which tool my agency would use, I tested at least 5-6 of other of the major and more affordable alternatives, but decided that TapClicks was worth the investment mainly because of these reasons:
-It has the best-looking dashboards + they are highly customizable  (from styles to data filtering)
-The number of data sources that can be connected
-The ability to connect Google Sheets as a data source, which means you can import data from additional platforms or offline
-The ability to also send data to Google Sheets in order to build custom spreadsheets pulling data from multiple data sources (similar to Supermetrics)
-Custom metrics, calculations and custom channels (merging data sources with custom metrics, etc.) for every client

Simply put, I feel that I can create almost any kind of dashboard or report with TapClicks, which is not something I felt while testing other tools. It changes the way we report and communicate with clients, as we use TapClicks as an all-in-one place to analyze all the data from all the services we provide.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

The biggest downside is the cost, TapClicks can be way more expensive than other similar platforms. I think it's worth the investment, but companies that have a lower budget might need to find other alternatives.

It helps us report data to our clients in a very clean and efficient way. We build custom dashboards with the most important information and metrics for each individual client, which saves us time when it comes to reporting. It also helps us aggregate data from multiple data sources (Google, Bing, Facebook, Shopify, etc.) to provide clients with a larger overall picture of their marketing efforts and results.

TapClicks offers a large number of integration options; odds are in can, in principle, connect to the things you need it to.

We found the platform to be very clunky, reports didn't look very professional, data wasn't always accurate even with customer success management support.

**What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We wanted a way to automate campaign data pulls and reporting for our clients, to save time across the team. Unfortunately, we found it wasn't fit for our purpose, and even with support from TapClicks customer success team, after 5-6 months we were yet to have a working, usable report. There always seemed to be errors in the data that meant we lost trust in the platform.

After a full 14 months of being a customer and having zero value, but a considerable amount of time invested both from our team and TapClicks customer success team, we decided to ask about ending our agreement early (26 month agreement). Naturally we assumed this would be a long shot and were prepared for this to be declined, however, we weren't prepared for a rude conversation with a member of their C-Suite who arrived 20 minutes late to a call then proceeded to berrate us - putting their bottom line and finances over genuine customer satisfaction. This conversation alone was enough that we wouldn't want to work with this organisation in the future.

The thoroughness and ease of use to provide our clients with in-depth reporting for all of their paid advertising campaigns. TapClicks has saved us a lot of time and energy with reporting and our client's are a huge fan of easily being able to see their campaign is live and view metrics anytime they want.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

There's not much to dislike about TapClicks, but there are some minor things that I wish were different. Data is only updated once per day and can be refreshed manually if needed, but this causes temporary issues downloading data across all client dashboards, so we refrain from doing this. TapClicks also does not have connects to everything needed. GA4 was not initially available, Amazon Ads took some onboarding on our end and specific vendors used does not have data flow in even though it flows into the platform (footfall traffic from AdSquare from The Trade Desk for example). Micro/secondary conversion data from Google Ads (including Google hosted conversions) does not flow into TapClicks at all, so a zero always appears next to these conversions even though conversions have ocurred.

The best part about Tapclicks is how the data is published via dashboards, widgets and reports.  These allow for easy and intuitive visualizations for both external clients and internal team members.  Once you get through the initial hurdle of adding data connections and setting up profiles, it's fairly easy to create a strong dashboard with plenty of options to customize how you want the data to be interpreted.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

I feel like the filtering in dashboards could be better, especially when you have multiple widgets that use different sources with similar data.  There are ways to create channels where matching data points help join together different sources, but setting those up doesn't always seem simple or intuitive.  I also feel like the calculation functions are a little rigid sometimes.

**What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tapclicks is a great way to have instant data visualization ready to go for both our sales teams and clients, which takes some of the burden of creating manual reports away from our team.  Adoption by other teams has been a little slow, but I feel like that is due to the wealth of features offered by Tapclicks being a little overwhelming to first-time users.

My favorite part about TapClicks is the Instant-On connectors. It is so user-friendly that I had all of our marketing advertising connected and reporting in less than 10 minutes. Also, it has the MOST options for these style connectors so it truly hits almost any marketing channel that you might have. Regardless, if you ever come across something that isn't an Instant-On, you can literally pull any data in that you can get in a CSV file from any source.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

There isn't much that I dislike about TapClicks. The only caveat that can take some time is building the smart connectors. But once you have it down, it's smooth sailing except for a few troubleshooting things.

**What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TapClicks has changed how I use dashboards in my everyday work life. It has so many tools that it integrates with INSTANTLY is a huge success factor. Aside from that, we have a few systems that weren't already built-in but we were still able to get all of the data into TapClicks, have it automatically pulled in, AND can be displayed visually. This tool is genuinely just the gold standard for dashboards and reporting, and I'm not sure how we ever kept track of all of our data beforehand. If you have multiple systems, budgets, and marketing sources that you use, TapClicks is the best way to see all of it in one place...BEAUTIFULLY displayed. It's also the most user-friendly platform that I've interacted with.

The ability to control what a client can see versus what we see. There are so many ways to use the software internally and externally. Internally we're able to track performance and see what we need to see while also having a dashboard for our clients that has all the information from the same campaigns but with the information laid out in a way the client can understand.

I would like to see more platforms available to connect. We have a few connections manually made with Tap Clicks, but there have been some glitches. I would like if there was some sort of alert that tells us when information isn't being connected, it can help us avoid what happened with us -- which was our client emailing us panicked that their campaign wasn't running because the dashboard showed no information.

**What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Recently when using the platform we noticed that there were some cities in our widget that did not fit with the campaign we were running. We thought it was a glitch at first, but catching this in TapClicks allowed us to see that we had made a mistake on the platform. If it wasn't for TapClicks we might not have caught it as quickly and would've had some serious issues down the road.  Being able to lay the information out in an easy-to-see way has been incredibly beneficial.

We use multiple systems for fulfillment (print, local online, targeted display on networks, Connected TV, OTT/CTT, etc.).  TapClicks allows reporting from all those systems to flow into one centralized location.  We are also able to use our branding (Amplified Digital) on the reporting and dashboards.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

On occasion, there are hiccups with data connectivity, but our support team can remedy them quickly.  Those instances sometimes occur on the external system, so not a TapClicks' issue, yet they can work with the external system to establish the connection quickly.

We can now quickly pull reporting data for our clients with all their tactics into a professional customer-facing report. Clients are also able to have dashboard access for full transparency.

I do not like this product. It did not provide the information promised, and the company support is non-existent when trying to get an answer. As a new user, I followed the training, but the resulting report was irrelevant to my client's business or questions.

The results of my search were totally unrelated to what was requested. I was shown companies that were 300+ miles away from our client, but not those close. There were no PPC results, but a page of sample landing pages totally unrelated to what we were asking for.

TapClicks is not helping solve a single problem. It is possible that it might, however, support has not responded to chat or phone for 24+ hours, so I don't know

Tapclicks has been very helpful for making real time results available to our clients, as well as facilitating reports. The code system works very well for helping us keeping everything organized.

Updates are quite slow to come through and there have been some glitches. Occasionally pages are missing from export and we often have to wait several hours for campaigns assigned to show up in dashboards and report. The most frustrating part is that even when you save constantly, you have to log in so often and reports default back to sample data, cancelling out any codes you've added in. This also makes it hard to collaborate on reports.

How everything is organized. It`s very easy to move around the platform and know where to go and how you can review any data. It connects very fast to all platforms we use and this makes our job easier.

Sometimes it can be hard to make a connection for a new client, or it can happen that we already had this client but it has been deleted and there is no way to make sure but to go to the deleted or deactivated clients, it could have a pop up message giving this info.

**What do you like best about TapClicks?**

I like how in detail the dashboards are, and how easy they are to understand. It's nice to be able to pull a report and explain it to the clients and have them understand.

**What do you dislike about TapClicks?**

The one thing I dislike about TapClicks is that the data sometimes disappears after a certain amount of time, and we have to re-plug the data for the client to see. Sometimes the clients don't understand why they see conversions one day and then a week later it shows 0.

**What problems is TapClicks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TapClicks shows a more in-depth report for us and for clients and that helps solve a lot of problems because clients love having in-depth reports. TapClicks also can send automated reports, and that is very useful.
