I love how intuitive the platform is. It's easy to set up and easy to share with clients. I love it and my clients love it too! It is very easy to set up a dashboard using their premade templates as a start. Once you try one of their templates, it's easy to figure out what you'd like to see and how to place the data. TapClicks is a well-designed interface that helps you maximize your time and deliver high-quality reports to your clients. Before I started using this platform, the reports season in the company (the first 10 days of every month) were so stressful and time-consuming. We spent a lot of time generating reports and sending them to every client. After we discovered the wonder of TapClicks our lives were completely changed. Something I love is the Report Scheduler, which allows you to schedule the reports for every client and pull different data, filter it and choose the times and frequency in which you would like to be sending the reports. No major complaints here. The ability to segment Google Analytics data further than just the view would be nice to have. The ability to have Google Ads show Google hosted conversion data/data for conversions that are only tracked under 'all conversions' would be helpful for my clients.
