I find Tanda remarkably user-friendly for both employers and employees, with a straightforward onboarding process that includes easily available templates to facilitate setup. The customer support team is exceptionally responsive, having swiftly resolved a permission setup issue I encountered. Additionally, Tanda's availability of pay awards makes compliance much more manageable for me. I particularly appreciate the HR Hire feature and the use of templates, which help me keep everything organized and simplify the creation of job ads without needing to design templates from scratch. I am impressed by Tanda's all-in-one approach, integrating rostering, payroll, and HR functionalities, which means I don't need any additional software to manage these tasks. I don't really think there's anything I would change as such. Tanda very much fits our use case. However, potentially, as we bring on more different types of employees, having a dedicated account manager would be good. But at this stage, that's not necessary. Ease of use. It's so easy to navigate. I've used many HR and payroll systems currently on the market and Tanda is the most user friendly. It's easy to learn and the support is the best from any software product I've used. the Tanda Dan auto bot is the best feature as is the ability to impersonate users to see what they see. The support during implementation phase is brilliant and nothing is too hard. The integration with other products is seamless and has been instrumental in streamlining our processes and efficiencies. The only thing would be only having 1 integration per account with Seek for the Tanda Hire function. Given we have 4 locations within the 1 account, it makes it difficult to use this function for all entities. The Hire function is only in early stages so I'm sure this can be adapted in the future.
