With TalkWalker, you can do everything: collect web data, read articles that interest us, understand the challenges of a company through a platform dedicated to extracting data in bulk. My experience was very "Data analysis" oriented, and TalkWalker allows you to have a wide range of information concerning the topics of interest and thus highlight them in a dashboard. What do you like best about Talkwalker by Hootsuite?

The second added value of the platform is the language capabilities. The customizable dashboards offer the ability to evaluate performance across various KPIs, including mentions, engagement, potential reach, influencers, sentiment, and general demographics. Talkwalker has an excellent back-end system that allows the dashboard to work smoothly. The deployment of new features, which incorporates user feedback, has not adapted quickly enough for some of our needs. Especially unknown and small blogs. Overall, a really excellent tool. They really work with you to ensure you have the support you need. It's a bit costly for a service that still needs some adjustments. They are not as well-known as Radian6 or Sprinklr, but they are clearly taking the lead in terms of ease of use. Very advanced and built to last, it still feels like part of the initial development when you use TalkWalker, as your suggestions are taken into account and the number of new features that always appear on the dashboard, providing a richer and better experience to the end customer in the form of knowledge. The benefits created are diverse and the reports become an independent product that the client is willing to pay for. Clients generally want to have an idea of their brand, who is listening and engaging with their product, and where we are distributors of the platform, which is integrated into our broader media monitoring capabilities, so we offer it to various clients in any industry. Talkwalker has everything in it, it is simple and has a neat layout, one can use many filters like date, city, source and many others. Visualization in it is very good and nice, dashboard and reports are also good as compared to other tools. It also has many other features which can make useful reports and can help in many useful insights. Previewing data while query submission is also an important part of Talkwalker. Data accuracy is very poor, query submission is also important, Sentiment tagging is very poor in Talkwalker and one can't truly believe in its tagging. Data downloading is limited and if data amount is high then you can find many data missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Be it for measuring the impact of campaigns, for identifying influencers or stakeholders, monitoring and managing specific issues, measuring the performance of an event and so forth, you'll have a tool to measure and project according to your needs. At times, navigation is not entirely intuitive, but then there's the initial learning phase one has to (and will) pass.

Fundamentally speaking, Talkwalker allows us to add 'big data', i.e. analyses, evolutions, indicators, monitoring, reporting, sentiment mining, etc. to the strategic, creative and intellectual work we do as our core business. Or, reversely, to found and build that work of ours on the reliable data produced through Talkwalker. In, brief, Talkwalker has become an important part of our daily work, and for very good reason. Talkwalker works perfectly and allows us to obtain relevant information for our clients at a glance. The tool is really user-friendly and has many perfectly customizable settings. The alerts work well, and sharing them becomes even easier, which is very useful during a crisis communication. Moreover, new features are added regularly and the customer support is excellent.
