Implementing Taktile for our business use-case was also very quick given the complexity of our requirement.
Taktile Support is extremely Team is extremely quick at getting back to our questions, where their response is also very helpful!
We currently use Taktile for our day-to-day decisioning when it comes to Credit Decisioning for New Customers Onboarding, and also for Re-decisioning our of existing customers
Taktile offers very easy integrations with third parties (i.e. Credit Bureau) which makes it very easy to troubleshoot any issues Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some functionality was not available when we started using them (i.e. Parallel calls to multiple conenctions) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

And for those functionalities that you were missing - or that you might still consider missing - please always keep your customer success manager up to date so they can prioritize those needs for our product roadmap.
