The best thing about Tacton CPQ is fact, that we can improve company sales engineering process. We can eliminate order errors and improve connection between sales and manufacturing. Selling buses is challenging process, beacuse of complexity of our product. This software is making this process easier and faster. We also admire the fact, that quotation process is faster than ever before. Tacton CPQ is fully customizable software, that allows us to achieve our goals and meet business needs. High-level entry for administration of the software (TCStudio, Administration Panel, Creating templates - Docgen). The documentation for the API and other technical aspects, should be more explained. Technical documentation of this software should be provided. What is more, after each release of Tacton, it would be added value to our programmers, that they will receive changelog of backend changes (added classes, methods, etc.).
