"An amazing tool making everyday life easier."

What do you like best about Tactic?

The tactic helps everyone in our company to be more organized and have a sound system. It makes everyday work easier because employees don't need to take too much time looking for the available stations where they can work. Also, it helps new employees find lockers to put their belongings in and will not worry they will be gone. What do you like best about Tactic?

The simplicity and the user experience. Tactic is very simple to use, and very effective. Anyone can use it out of the box. The learning curve is amazing. It super simple to integrate and implement on any business.

What problems is Tactic solving and how is that benefiting you?

After Covid we as many other companies reduced our office space. Now most of the employees wants to interact with each other and work some of the week days in the office. To materialize this we use tactic to organize the office space, making sure there's enough space for everyone. Employees book their table ahead to make sure they work close to each other. We’ve explored the idea of letting customers use their own maps to navigate spaces directly. That said, the vast majority of feedback from our customer surveys has shown a strong preference for the custom-built maps created by our design team. We see these maps as a key part of the Tactic experience, designed for both accuracy and ease of use.

To make sure the process stays smooth, our maps team typically turns around edits within 24 hours. If you’re ever experiencing longer delays, please don’t hesitate to reach out and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

What do you like best about Tactic?

What I like the most about Tactic is that you can book a station for a few days. This way, you no longer need to book your station daily. You can have it reserved for you ahead of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tactic?

If there is one thing I don't like about Tactic, that would be that your reservation is removed if you fail to check in for an hour. With this, I will need to reserve my station again, which is a hassle. You should leave the reservation for at least 4 h hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tactic?

Tactic is very helpful when it comes to checking the scheduled seats in our office since it's hard for us to check sometimes whether there's someone accommodating it. In addition, it serves as a great reference for some unforeseen accidents that may happen so each supervisor would know the headcount and where to locate each people inside the office by checking the seats.
