"Tactic Provides a Great Service for Hybrid Workplaces"

What do you like best about Tactic?

The opportunity for our team to specify a place to sit when they are coming into the office. This allows for collaboration and community while still supporting a "hotel" approach to facilities management. Tactic allows people to understand who is going to be in and when, then allows them to co-locate into the same area. The incorporation of facility mapping as well as the ability to set permanent locations has really streamlined our management of seating for our hybrid workforce. What do you dislike about Tactic?

What problems is Tactic solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our hybrid workforce has a highly flesible approach to when they will be in our physical office. Tactic allows them to coordinate and collaborate, making it easy to sit with the people you are working with. Hi there! Thank you so much for the positive review, we really appreciate it! We recently released our WIFI check-in which allows folks to automatically check-into their reservations if they are present in the office. It creates an even smoother experience compared to using Slack, Teams, or QR codes alone.

Also, if your team is not utilizing the meeting room tablets, we are happy to help get those setup so your team can check-in right there in the meeting room!

"Best Desk Booking Manager"

What do you like best about Tactic?

Tactic allows us to manage and plan station assignments for a different line of businesses and teams where employees are required to check in and reserve stations for monitoring purposes. Easier to find the people you need to see by just checking where they are logged in. Additionally, this will inform the management how many people are logged in in case of any emergencies. Very useful if for some reason, a technical issue arises in the equipment, we can easily track the people who used it. We use this daily to prevent station swapping and make it easier for us to look for an available one Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tactic?

Our ability to log in using our work email via Google and somehow the website crashes on your first attempt to login which require us to do troubleshooting all the time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Update for my previous feedback.

"Kind of confusing sometimes and not responding. I had 12:00 AM schedule and "Check in" does not appear until 12:00AM. This could be perfect if the system would let me login atleast 5 minutes before 12:00AM. So far right now I'm not with 12:00AM time in and the system do allow me to login 5mins early."

The above feedback seems to have been fixed already. so far I don't see any issues with this app aside from the problem on the first login page with a button sign-in with google. This button is not working even though I am already logged in via my work email. As a work around, I needed select continue with password then select an option "Signin with google" from there. Having this fixed will save a few more minutes and effort. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi Nowill! Thank you so much for your review! We take feedback very seriously here at Tactic. As far as checking in, the system should allow you to check in 1 hour before the reservation.
