I was getting buried by insurance company requests for reports and not getting paid for services rendered. Systems4PT allowed me to stay up to date with all of our clinical reporting. The templets available are high quality and meet all of medicares stringent criteria. I love the Focus billing partner. They are fast, knowledgeable and efficient. Easy system to navigate, focus billing side is excellent. Support are fast to respond and always helpful.
When Covid 19 hit Systems stepped up and worked on Virtual PT and worked with insurance companies to ensure we were paid for the services we provided. Always on the cutting edge. This service they provided and the endless hours they worked did not cost my company 1 cent more. This is definitely a team approach no matter how large or small your company. I love S4PT. As new business owners, there is more we don't know than know. What has impressed us the most is S4PT's exceptional customer service; they respond quickly to emails and always pick up the phone. Documentation is as streamlined as advertised. Daily notes take 2 mins; we make minor tweaks to IEs to suit our taste. I think the training program could use some tweaks, especially for a new owner new to the PT world. Difficult for me to take notes and follow along while the instructor clicks away. Recently, S4PT sent me links to videos that go through the clinic reports and have been most helpful. Recommend S4PT develop similar videos for Front Desk, PT/APT operations and FITS/Billing. It's really hard to say, but if I had to find one, it would be that one of the only things I struggle with is the PTA notes. The system does not have a way for it to notify me when they have completed their notes and are ready for me to review and sign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We chose Systems4PT after demoing and using multiple EMRs for PT. Systems is the fastest EMR we could find, allowing our therapists to provide quality notes with point of service documentation. Evals take minutes and eliminate redundancies.
When it comes to compliance Systems is on top of it all, and constantly communicating with users. Our MIPS score was 100 in 2020, oh and it didn't cost us anything extra to report MIPS, like all the other EMRs we looked at.
Speaking of cost, Systems4PT charges their monthly fee based on their collections. It is a lower percentage than any other EMR or 3rd party we've found, and it is only on insurance collections. We also don't pay an additional fee for using the EMR. If you are a practice needing or wanting to offload billing, you would be insane not to look at Systems4PT. Systems, is constantly working to update components, which can come slower than I'd like. But I know that when they release something it is going to work. We launched telehealth and we got paid for it, not what I heard from other clinic owners I know.
The thing I am most looking forward to is intake documentation integration, which Systems is working on, but has not yet launched. This will allow our clinic to go nearly entirely paperless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am most grateful for the confidence that Systems4PT is firmly in the trenches with us as practice owners. Since they only get paid when I get paid, they do everything in their power to make sure we all get paid! Excellence in billing, compliance, coding, collections, documentation and changing to meet and beat the ever moving goalposts of getting paid. Systems4PT is always trying to improve it's products. Sometimes that causes some glitches and problems but even these are quickly corrected. While annoying at times, I look at it as necessary minor inconveniences needed in order to get a better product later. The competitors I am sure have the same or worse glitches, but from what I have seen are less responsive and motivated to solve the more pressing issues of compliance and revenue collection. We’ve been using Systems4pt for almost 8 years and originally used them as a solution to a billing service problem and to prepare for the inevitable of computerized documentation. What we’ve found is an invaluable partner in remaining cutting edge with compliant documentation. We literally could not have stayed in business if we would have had to manually enter all the codes Medicare required over the years, let alone the supporting documentation that is supposed to go with it. I can now complete an entire eval at the point of care in the same time I used to scribble notes by hand. Daily notes on most patients take 30-60 SECONDS. Progress reports and discharges can be completed in 1 minute tops. As an owner I appreciate the corporate reports that help me monitor KPIs for myself and staff. I see no downsides to Systems4pt. Their tech support is great and everyone from the top down is obviously focused on customer service. They roll out updates on Medicare compliance issues as well as updates focusing on user productivity (free) at least once a year. Often we hear about the upgrades months in advance and, of course, I’d like to have them loaded sooner, but between managing the ever-changing world of insurance compliance and this past year of survival through the COVID pandemic, I’d say they’re doing an excellent job Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
