Since we are new to Synder platform, I am still in the process of learning how things are done, therefore I communicate with customer service according to my needs. One thing is absolute - they are very efficient, determined to help and explain to customer every detail. Particularly Mikheil was so so helpful in solving my particular issue. They don't put you on a mile long hold, or disregard any minor detail. and most importantly - they follow-up via email, if needed. Snyder makes it very easy for our business to sync transactions from Stripe and PayPal to our QuickBooks account. The rule functionality is very helpful to automatically apply a class to each of our transactions. Upon joining, Darya hosted a video session where we walked through every question in detail to ensure we were set up correctly. She also helped us with making a change to the platform specifically for our business. Snyder's customer service is great and Darya has put in the extra effort. The system is pretty easy to use. The only area that can be confusing is the smart rules but the support team was able to assist us with those. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The way the payments match to the invoice is by email and not by customer name so sometimes it doesn't apply the payment to the correct customer and creates duplicate invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've interacted with Snyder's support on three occasions while getting our account set up. The things I wanted to do were not simple (e.g. not just enabling a setting) and they've been able to help me with all of them. The support stay on with me for as long as I need to get the solution, and they actually help me get to the solution rather than brush me off. They don't ask silly questions too. As someone who works with many software companies, Snyder's support has been the best I've experienced (and I'm quite hard to please ;)). It makes the world of difference to us as an agency to work with companies that we can rely on to help and care to solve our problems.
