I had been downloading transaction reports from my payment gateway and uploading them into QBO monthly, which required the use of a third party application, and the creation of multiple CSV files to upload fees, payments on sales invoices, payouts, refunds, etc. Synder replaced all this with a 5-minute simple setup and labor-free, real-time sync after that. Synder Drastically Reduced the Time Needed to Close the Books at My SaaS Clients. The Smart Rules Feature works great to customize categorization of different revenue streams, products, and customers. Although there is a bit of up-front work getting the settings configured correctly, once this is done Synder essentially runs itself. And even when something goes wrong due to user error or issues with system integrations, they have a fantastic support team (shout out to Anna, who recently helped solved a big mess at one of my clients within a few hours). It took ConnectBooks three weeks to onboard us. The difference in support was a chasm. ConnectBooks have the ability to map products between QuickBooks and your marketplaces with a simple excel sheet - like every other application. Synder do not have this facility, we worked with their technical team but they were slow and provided incomplete mapping and support. Although the platform is extremely easy to use, I did have a question, so I reached out to customer service via Chat and was immediately taken care of by Tata. She gave first rate service, responded to my needs, asked the appropriate questions as well as the questions I didnt think of or concider, covering all the basis and not letting up until I was 100% satisfied.
