SymTrain has completely transformed how I approach my work. What I love most about SymTrain is how personalized the training feels. What do you like best about Symtrain?

Symtrain has allowed us to do more hands-on trainings for our new associates at HOMELINK. It allows our new hires to get hands-on practice with our system and get comfortable with navigating without the fear of being in a real file for a real patient. I enjoy that Symtrain coninues to make improvements and takes the feedback from their users. We frequently have meetings with Symtrain to talk about how things are going and they've even met with us to show us some new things they're working on. When we have issues with the site, Symtrain is very quick to rectify the situation and help us get our associates into the site for their practices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symtrain?

The issues we have with Symtrain mainly revolve around our associates getting into the system. They bookmark the site and then upon closing and going back to the site on a different day, they aren't able to sign in. We have found a work around is to resend them the link when that happens. There have also been a few individuals who aren't able to sign in, but with the new addition to the site, we are able to reset their passwords, allowing them to get back in much quicker. What do you like best about Symtrain?

My team and I are regular users of SymTrain, especially for adapting to new messaging strategies and continuous learning. This platform has completely changed the way we train, which speeds up the time it takes for our team to master new skills.

What sets SymTrain apart is its combination of visual and voice simulations, which have dramatically reduced the time needed for onboarding and coaching.

The real game-changer for us, however, is the ease of uploading and editing Talk Tracks and Sequences. In a market that evolves rapidly, the ability to make quick edits is invaluable. The flexibility to adapt and pivot simulations sets SymTrain apart from other platforms in the field.

Another aspect I value with SymTrain is its client support. Whenever we have questions, the SymTrain team is incredibly responsive and supportive. Their hands-on assistance ensures we make the most out of the platform without any major disruptions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Symtrain is, well, everything! We have been using the platform as a way to onboard and train our SDRs for many years. The platform is constantly improving and growing. What do you like best about Symtrain?

We are a call center, and Symtrain allows us to create simulations with actual calls but modified to improve our agent's skills. The software is intuitive and the support is great. We were able to make a simulation on day 1. We use this tool evey week and have integrated into our workflow. All the features are useful and we appreciate Symtrain upgrading their features. What do you like best about Symtrain?

System was easy to set up for admins/creators and simple for end-users to experience. The team at Symtrain are outstanding; quick to support at all hours and share best practices, provided guidance and help build content. Above all, we saw drastic improvement in our end-user KPI results class over class for new hire training due to the system usage. We were able to provide system practice 10 days sooner due to uncontrollable credential delays, allowing users to daily practice prior to using live system for the first time.
