## About Syberworks Training Center
SyberWorks is the integrated LMS/DMS for regulated industries and law enforcement. It is trusted by industrial manufacturers, life sciences and security services to deliver. SyberWorks presents and manages all types of online and instructor-led training. Because the LMS and DMS are integrated, the system creates read-and-sign courses automatically and distributes the requirements to users based on job role. The integration also means that all of your training records are in one place for comprehensive reporting and auditing. The system complies with 21 CFR Part 11 for regulated industries. These features such as electronic signatures, audit trails, and strong password policies are useful for all organizations. Law Enforcement features include firearms registration and qualification, training request administration and equipment management. We know that one size does not fit all so the system is specifically tailored to your requirements. You will have a dedicated implementation/support consultant. And you will receive a fully populated, turnkey system so you can be productive from day one.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

Responsiveness/flexibility of the Syberworks team. Most of our requirements could be implemented shortly after contacting the support team.

**What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center?**

The system is powerful but sometimes hard to understand. It's hard to use features intuitively since many relationships and dependencies in the database and front-end are not obvious. This causes sometimes delays in the delivery of our trainings but the Syberworks team is always very helpful and adapts the system to our needs quite fast.

**Recommendations to others considering Syberworks Training Center:**

Plan thoroughly and take your time to adapt the system to your needs. It's powerful but it will need modifications to be as useful as you expect it to be. If you are searching for a "quick-win" you might be disappointed.
The Syberworks team will always there to make the required tweaks but you will need their help. Due to the system's architecture the configuration options on the end-user's side are limited.

**What problems is Syberworks Training Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syberworks ensures that the required training of our staff members on our SOP framework is always current and can be tracked back. We need to deliver the training of more than hundred different documents in about 40 different training sets (defined by the job roles) to our about hundred team members. Trainings of new versions of the documents need to be triggered automatically as soon as new revisions have been issued and some external trainings need to be managed that recur on a regular basis. Team members and their managers are notified automatically as soon as a new training requirement arises or a scheduled course has not been taken within a defined period of time by the employee.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

Syberworks has cut the time we spent doing data entry, paperwork, and filing down by at least 75%.  My employees are able to do more of the creative work they enjoy, and make progress on their long term projects and proposals.  I meet once a week with my rep to discuss what's next, any issues, and how to deploy the next part of the program.  I sat through a ton of demos, and they were the only company who said they could do the customization we were asking for.

**What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center?**

The interface seems a little behind in its look and feel.  The menu driven navigation can seem tedious at times.  But the system does exactly what I need it to do.

**Recommendations to others considering Syberworks Training Center:**

If you need a customizable solution for training and compliance, without all the unnecessary extras and fancy look of some of the other LMS's, Syberworks is for you.  The people are fantastic to work with and very responsive.  The product delivers on what it claims to do, and the time and money you will save with implementation is worth it!

**What problems is Syberworks Training Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were spending way too much time managing files and paper.  I have talented people who felt bogged down by the amount of menial work I had them doing.  Because of the compliance standards we have to meet with the state, we had to find a system that would work for both us and for the state auditors when they visit and look at training files.  Also, now each person in our non-profit has access to see their own training dashboard and know when their training hours are due.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

The flexibility of the platform.  We develop online courses for our industry and sell the tuitions through industry associations.  We are able to provide html registrations for our clients to register their own employees or members so the campus automatedly generates the userIDs and passwords.  Plus we can sell the tuitions from our website with automated registrations. 

We also like the testing ability of the platform, the auto grading, the reporting, the monitoring groups we can set up, the proctoring we can do, and the tickler feature to send out automated emails.  Plus our administrators can make adjustments to courses and tests ourselves.

We understand that the campus has the ability to generate gift card coupons so they can be sold as gift cards for people to use to order courses.

**What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center?**

Nothing at this time.  We have been using the Syberworks platform for about 17 years now.

**What problems is Syberworks Training Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of their eCommerce features, the tickler automated emails, their html registration forms, and their automated generating userIDs and passwords it saves us a lot of time.  We have courses in Spanish and English so we do have both languages that is useful in the construction industry.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

I was most impressed with the responsiveness and customization provided by Syberworks. LVMPD is a large organization with special training needs based on area of assignment. Having the ability to customize reports, user groups and online training was essential for our organization, and Syberworks delivered a great product.

I have no complaints about Syberworks, as they provided a great product at a fair price.

I would highly recommend this company to any small to large organization looking for a training management system.

We solved several problems by using Syberworks solution. Most notable is the ability to run and track online training and mandatory qualifications in a user friendly fashion.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

SyberWorks staff is very knowledgeable about the e-learning industry and can offer suggestions, tips and excellent support.  You can count on them to assist you with set-up and day-to-day questions so you get the most out of the LMS. Product direction is both Customer and Industry focused and they will listen to your needs and ideas for future enhancements.

The LMS is very robust--many  business processes you may not need on day one are available as needs grow.  Most clients will be well-served by the standard system.  The LMS handles organizations with complex or simple organization hierarchy with equal ease.  The security model allows excellent control over what part of an organization's information an administrator can access.  Features for managing large numbers of online or classroom courses as well as other types of training like policies work well. Reporting is solid and inclusive. Overall everything you need is in included in a base license and a lot more.

The LMS is very stable. In my experience, downtime due to SyberWorks-caused errors is almost non-existent.    

The data model is solid and straight forward and the custom reporting capabilities allow you to write reports specific to unique internal or external client needs.

**What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center?**

I don't have any specific dislikes--the LMS met our needs.

**What problems is Syberworks Training Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved all of the typical online and classroom training needs--registration, enrollment, classroom and online course delivery and management, reporting (summarized and detail) etc..  Of great benefit is the fact that large numbers of clients and large numbers of training users can be served by this LMS. In my experience, we served corporate clients, university clients and association-like clients (our client having many member clients each with their own organization and a handful to hundreds of training users). We never felt held-back by the LMS in sales opportunities.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

The ability to easily add a document and create a new version that is linked to specific positions is incredibly valuable to us.  The automated notifications are also a critical feature for us, along with the ability to print user transcripts and other reporting to help management stay on top of training for their work groups.

**What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center?**

I haven't come across anything that I don't like or can't work with yet.

**What problems is Syberworks Training Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to train online and document that electronically has greatly simplified and organized this area for us.  It saves our managers time, reduces human error in documentation, and provides greater visibility, in real time, for our outstanding training requirements.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

I love the support and ability of the system to meet various needs.  There are aspects to this system that we have not yet explored like reviews and job roles.  Customer service is second to none.  The reports allow you to see not just who has completed required training, but who needs it.  This saves a lot of planning time.  It is pay to play and the more users you have, the bigger the discount.  This makes it very cost effective.  It is not static, but rather there is continuous improvement to meet the needs of the customer.  Syberworks personnel have collaborated to meet my growing needs and changes from day one with experience and knowledge to solve issues and work as a partner in growth.  

**What do you dislike about Syberworks Training Center?**

Overall, this has been a great system.  Many functions are very easy to perform, but you do need to have a Master User or Super User who understands what you are trying to accomplish for the company and understands the structure so that Syberworks can collaborate with you and meet your needs.  There are no online instructions available to assist new users or administrators with how to work the features of your individualized campus set up.

Talk with the staff.  You don't just get sales, you get support!

**What problems is Syberworks Training Center solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Syberworks has allowed me to have one LMS with multiple locations across the United States.  By working with the Human Resource Information System provider, employees are automatically downloaded when hired and deactivated when terminated.  This is an automatic process that updates regularly.  In the past it was manual and prone to error.  Reports and tracking are robust.  Customized content specific to the business can be created and assigned with ease.  Managers can see the activity of their direct reports and every employee has access to their own records and dashboard to manage training, due dates and system information to their advantage.  Courses automatically show up if they are set on a time interval.  As a company we were able to automate our testing for promotion, giving employees opportunity and access to improve their knowledge and pay.  Management of the training function and data has been improved more than words can say with Syberworks.

**What do you like best about Syberworks Training Center?**

The biggest positive we see with Syberworks is the amount of system flexibility that is available. To reach our business objectives, we needed a LMS solution that allowed direct interaction with the database to produce detailed sales and course reporting statistics. Accurate analysis of data is a must in any corporate environment and Syberworks allows this complex task very easily.

No negatives from us. We really like Syberworks and it's system.

We utilize the LMS distribution and management pieces. An awesome way to distribute E-Learning to our end users (over 2000). We package and resell our e-learning content utilizing the Syberworks LMS platform and it works flawlessly.
