Responsiveness/flexibility of the Syberworks team. Most of our requirements could be implemented shortly after contacting the support team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The system is powerful but sometimes hard to understand. It's hard to use features intuitively since many relationships and dependencies in the database and front-end are not obvious. This causes sometimes delays in the delivery of our trainings but the Syberworks team is always very helpful and adapts the system to our needs quite fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Syberworks has cut the time we spent doing data entry, paperwork, and filing down by at least 75%. My employees are able to do more of the creative work they enjoy, and make progress on their long term projects and proposals. I meet once a week with my rep to discuss what's next, any issues, and how to deploy the next part of the program. The interface seems a little behind in its look and feel. The menu driven navigation can seem tedious at times. But the system does exactly what I need it to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility of the platform. We develop online courses for our industry and sell the tuitions through industry associations. We are able to provide html registrations for our clients to register their own employees or members so the campus automatedly generates the userIDs and passwords. Plus we can sell the tuitions from our website with automated registrations.
We also like the testing ability of the platform, the auto grading, the reporting, the monitoring groups we can set up, the proctoring we can do, and the tickler feature to send out automated emails. Plus our administrators can make adjustments to courses and tests ourselves.

I was most impressed with the responsiveness and customization provided by Syberworks. LVMPD is a large organization with special training needs based on area of assignment. SyberWorks staff is very knowledgeable about the e-learning industry and can offer suggestions, tips and excellent support. You can count on them to assist you with set-up and day-to-day questions so you get the most out of the LMS. Product direction is both Customer and Industry focused and they will listen to your needs and ideas for future enhancements.
The LMS is very robust--many business processes you may not need on day one are available as needs grow. Most clients will be well-served by the standard system. The LMS handles organizations with complex or simple organization hierarchy with equal ease. The security model allows excellent control over what part of an organization's information an administrator can access. Features for managing large numbers of online or classroom courses as well as other types of training like policies work well. Reporting is solid and inclusive. Overall everything you need is in included in a base license and a lot more.
The LMS is very stable. In my experience, downtime due to SyberWorks-caused errors is almost non-existent.

The ability to easily add a document and create a new version that is linked to specific positions is incredibly valuable to us. The automated notifications are also a critical feature for us, along with the ability to print user transcripts and other reporting to help management stay on top of training for their work groups. I love the support and ability of the system to meet various needs. There are aspects to this system that we have not yet explored like reviews and job roles. Customer service is second to none. The reports allow you to see not just who has completed required training, but who needs it. This saves a lot of planning time. It is pay to play and the more users you have, the bigger the discount. This makes it very cost effective. It is not static, but rather there is continuous improvement to meet the needs of the customer. Syberworks personnel have collaborated to meet my growing needs and changes from day one with experience and knowledge to solve issues and work as a partner in growth. Overall, this has been a great system. Many functions are very easy to perform, but you do need to have a Master User or Super User who understands what you are trying to accomplish for the company and understands the structure so that Syberworks can collaborate with you and meet your needs.
