What do you like best about SwipedOn?

The best part is that we can setup multiple categories to separate the type of visitors that enter our facility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

I would really help if we could customize each iPad, depending on their location of the building. We have multiple entrances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

I enjoyed SwipedOn for the ease to manage and setup the design of the display for the welcome page for the visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

Well, the downside for me was that SwipedOn only has an iOS application. Well, I think an Andriod version of the SwipedOn is now available, So that clears my dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Initially our visitors sign in to our business on paper and having SwipedOn now has streamlined the headache of paper sign-in. Plus we are able to download the visitor's log as a spreadsheet for record keeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

I love hearing that our visitors like the system. I especially like the ease of seeing who has signed in for the day at a glance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

Sometimes it takes a long time to log in - this was exacerbated during Covid with the amount of questions asked, but it was put in place to protect all staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

It's the support given by the Swipedon team that has stood out. Always very quick to respond to any questions or support needs. Using a non-touch version proved a real benefit during the recent restrictions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

Administration is easy and guests use it without issue. During COVID the speed at which SwipedOn made useful changes was great. We were able to make changes that helped us flag risks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

We haven't found a downside to this product yet. It's easy to use, easy to administer, and fit for purpose. I could see how in a larger office it might be different. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use SwipedOn as a virtual receptionist letting staff know guests have arrived and to make sure guests are checked-in and signed a waiver. We will likely use it for payroll tracking as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Having camera images along with the timestamp info for tracking employee traffic is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Because system is internet/web based usage can be affected by connection speeds or status. Nothing works if your internet connection dies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there 👋 Thanks so much for your review. We are working on more customization options for the employee button as we speak! You can also get staff to simply swipe left on the sign in screen and that takes them directly into the employee sign in screen. Hopefully that helps 😊
