What do you like best about SwipedOn?

I have two: The system is very easy to maneuver, and 2, the systems email notification to the person the visitor is here to see. Both of these make this an excellent system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

It got little bit nobvious how to navigate between sections after the upgrade of the main portal, I preferred previous setup. However, after some time get used to it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

As we are a manufacturing company with a big site and staff scattered across the whole area, SwipedOn's ability to send a text message and an email when a visitor arrives is the most helpful. The 2nd best feature of SwipedON is the induction. We have been able to get rid of a PC table, mouse, and keyboard for inductions to an Induction on Ipad. This is an immaculate way of doing inductions and gives a good impression to our visitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

The SwipedOn's UI for induction is not the best. It would have been better if SwipedON could introduce Face IDs or Access Cards for Employee Logins. This would quicken the process for everyday employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Communication, Data Keeping and Induction are the three main things we benefit in from SwipedON. Communication from the Visitor to appropriate Staff member reduces the wait time for the visitor. Data Keeping of the Employee and Visitor sign in helps us. Inductions have moved to an Ipad instead of a manualregister. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Adding a new device took time as we needed a modern device where it would be helpful to be able to use most devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

I looked at several visitor systems but none of them had the features and cost-effectiveness of SwipedOn. It simply does everything I need it to do, and members of my organisation and visitors have commented on how simple it is to use. No one wants a complex sign-in system when the foyer is full of visitors.

Add to that, I've customised it with our logo so it looks like we built it ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

After a year of using it, there's nothing I don't like about it. It just does its job perfectly. Simple, effective software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

It saves our receptionist time to sign people in, asking how to spell their names, asking them to repeat it. And we can track who has visited and if they are still in the building. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

We have several offices and it makes it easy to see who is available when clients phone in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

It currently doesn't allow for adding info for staff working on their own to add buddy details, which is a requirement of our H&S policy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SwipedOn solving and how is that benefiting you?

Having staff update the in/out register when not in the office has been very useful. They can do this from their phone if plans change. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SwipedOn?

The visual of the IPad reminds visitors and staff to swipe in. I appreciate the emails from the swipedon team; they keep us on track. First time using swipedon, so I can't compare it to anyone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SwipedOn?

I dislike not getting everyone involved in the importance of the IPad; I may have to devise an incentive plan for our office staff to keep them engaged. An in-office reward program. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at the moment. One of the great things about our experience using the SwipedOn software has been the ease of use and customisable features.
