I have two: The system is very easy to maneuver, and 2, the systems email notification to the person the visitor is here to see. Both of these make this an excellent system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It got little bit nobvious how to navigate between sections after the upgrade of the main portal, I preferred previous setup. However, after some time get used to it Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As we are a manufacturing company with a big site and staff scattered across the whole area, SwipedOn's ability to send a text message and an email when a visitor arrives is the most helpful. The 2nd best feature of SwipedON is the induction. We have been able to get rid of a PC table, mouse, and keyboard for inductions to an Induction on Ipad. The SwipedOn's UI for induction is not the best. It would have been better if SwipedON could introduce Face IDs or Access Cards for Employee Logins. This would quicken the process for everyday employees Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I looked at several visitor systems but none of them had the features and cost-effectiveness of SwipedOn. It simply does everything I need it to do, and members of my organisation and visitors have commented on how simple it is to use. No one wants a complex sign-in system when the foyer is full of visitors.

The visual of the IPad reminds visitors and staff to swipe in. I appreciate the emails from the swipedon team; they keep us on track. First time using swipedon, so I can't compare it to anyone else. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing at the moment. One of the great things about our experience using the SwipedOn software has been the ease of use and customisable features.
