It offers a lot of templates, the software is easy to work with, orientation in the results is not difficult, ideal for simple questionnaires, fast feedback, offers many options for sharing questionnaires. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The downside is that you have to pay extra for services when you need more respondents, also the graphical results don't work very well - I happened to have the class labels scattered and had to add up all the values separately and create graphs elsewhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of their competitors have all sorts of side products under one subscription like PDF readers and e-sign.
