SurveyLegend Pros and Cons

I like how it lays out the format of Google Forms but you can customise to the way you like.

Customer support is always at hand when you need help and it is very easy to integrate on websites and other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem that I feel could improve SurveyLegend, is them having customisable thank you pages at the end of the quiz to the answers of each question.

Say for example, you would like certain scores to see certain thank you pages so you can provide tips and tricks where they require help in certain areas.

Well the simplicity of the entire Survey creation. There are a lot of feature rich elements but presented as a simplistic product. I wanted to use the platform to see how a small church with less than 50 people could use it to pass a Resolution to terminate the services of a rogue Pastor. Not normally the best survey but I used it for acompletely different purpose. The analytics is simple and easy to understand and intepret without being a geek. Well I thnk small non profits under 50 people should be offered the service for free as they are not really using it to raise money but more about whether they are delivering a good service to the community like the church I was helping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Despite that it is very good that the survey moves to the next question directly in likert scale questions but if you missed one and it is required it doesn't show which one is missed and it is difficult to find it when there are too many questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

SurveyLegend is free with good basic options and a pro version that is actually affordable if you want more features (unlike Survey Monkey that gives you 25 free answers then try to extort a whopping $159.99 per month to see the rest!). I also liked the option to be able to give a honest review to access 1 free week of the pro version.

A shame it is not available on the phone and no App either. I don't often carry my tablet and don't really use a laptop so that was inconvenient for me. I'd like to be able to check my survey on the go and not only at home. You also need to sign in everytime, which can be a bit annoying.

Regarding the survey results, you can see all answers on the graphs with the free version, but it only gave me access to 1 individual response so I still had to request a pro version to be able to read some of the individual comments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing about Survey Legend was that is was extremly easy to create a survey. It was very self explanitory and had all the elimates I needed to create the perfect survery for our compnay to collect data form our clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I did not like having to spell out DELETE or Change everytime I needed to remove or change a section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
