The best thing I like about SurveyLab is the report that it generates after the survey's or questionnaires which makes it unique and best product in the market. The least thing that I can tell is about the pricing which is going to be really a pain for people like me who is a freelancer and cannot afford as much as a business owner which makes it difficult for people like me to afford such a best survey tool but though it offers the services which defines their pricing. The best thing of Surveylab is it offers powerful data analysis and question branching capabilities. It also integrates well with email marketing system and provides a question library for me to choose from. My one complaint about SurveyLab is that it doesn't have a pay-as-you-go plan. I prefer to pay for tools as I use them, so I don't have to commit to a monthly or annual subscription. Survey lab lets you create an amazing survey experience for your respondends. The customization options available are innumerable, it also has multi-lingual capabilities which is one of its USPs. One major problem i faced with other survey softwares was of compatability across devices and browsers which surveylab made it a breeze for me, it works seemlessly acorss browsers and devices.
