The best thing of Surveylab is it offers powerful data analysis and question branching capabilities. It also integrates well with email marketing system and provides a question library for me to choose from. Another most interesting things about SurveyLab is that it allows me to set up multilingual questionnaires with ease. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My one complaint about SurveyLab is that it doesn't have a pay-as-you-go plan. I prefer to pay for tools as I use them, so I don't have to commit to a monthly or annual subscription. They have a great support staff that's available whenever needed. The best thing I like about SurveyLab is the report that it generates after the survey's or questionnaires which makes it unique and best product in the market. The least thing that I can tell is about the pricing which is going to be really a pain for people like me who is a freelancer and cannot afford as much as a business owner which makes it difficult for people like me to afford such a best survey tool but though it offers the services which defines their pricing.
