What do you like best about SureDone?

Have tried a few others in the past - Suredone is the first to impress me with responsiveness to questions and customizations. Additionally, their portal is much easier and intuitive than any other I have used. Posting goods takes just minutes in most cases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureDone?

What do you like best about SureDone?

Contrary to previous posters I have been using SureDone for 2-1/2 years and can only praise their efforts. They have made huge investments into infrastructure and processing speeds are lightning fast. They have done a lot of customization and very responsive to issue resolution and response to issues. I find that generally I hear from one of their support people within 1 - 2 hours. I was a user on another system (C******Adv****) and found that system very very good but at too high of a cost. They were also very slow to respond and very very $$$ for any customization.

What do you dislike about SureDone?

Past growing pains. Slow system and slow processing. But, they have stepped up and admitted the issues and resolved them. System is very fast now and very stable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureDone?

I have had many problems with SureDone. It is not necessarily my favorite program to use. At times problems are resolved quickly, and other times problems go unresolved for weeks. I do like that it keeps all my work organized, and imputing information is clear and easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureDone?

I have been using SureDone for over a year now, and I have had many issues with the program. There have been times when the program is down completely, and I cannot complete any of my tasks. Other times, there have been glitches that last for weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We're sorry you had a poor time with our solution and unfortunately you left us a couple of months after full stability returned. It is unfortunate (for both our customers and our support team) that there was a time in 2017 when our hosting provider caused significant instability in the platform. As a result, we invested heavily in our infrastructure and moved to the highly scalable, highly robust Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform. In 2018 we saw less than 0.05% downtime. We have also continued to improve our QA processes and driven down software defect levels. You wouldn't even recognize our platform today from an availability, speed and a support perspective. We wish you success in your business and would be happy to speak with you again in the future if you'd like to talk about an improved experience.
