Contrary to previous posters I have been using SureDone for 2-1/2 years and can only praise their efforts. They have made huge investments into infrastructure and processing speeds are lightning fast. They have done a lot of customization and very responsive to issue resolution and response to issues. I find that generally I hear from one of their support people within 1 - 2 hours. I was a user on another system (C******Adv****) and found that system very very good but at too high of a cost. They were also very slow to respond and very very $$$ for any customization.

Suredone is simple to learn and has a robust import/export feature. Tech support is also quick and willing to help. Setting up the program was fairly straightforward. Suredone fills all the needs of my business. My company uses Suredone every day and the platform is 100 percent stable. Its easy to use and I can easily create custom fields to suit my needs which was one of my most important requirements. Its has integrations (plug ins) with all the major marketplaces and connecting them is simple. I have tried all the competition and Suredone is hands down the best. Customer support is top notch. The most important aspect of using the Suredone Platfom is Suredone's support team. Without fail Suredone deals with all issues and problems quickly and efficiently. I am been with Suredone for around 10 years and, in that time, given the complexity of a website platform that uses API connections to Amazon, Ebay, Walmart and others, there are going to be problems. The team is excellent to work with from onboarding to monthly follow up calls to check in to see how things are running! Their ability to problem solve current and future issues is unmatched. They are willing to get their hands dirty when neccessary and truly propel you to succeed. SureDone can be extremely powerful and with great power comes great responsibility. You can change and modify data rapidly which could be bad if you don't know what you're doing. Amazon integration not working, lack of support and well everything is a "custom "automation even simple things like min max stock.. keep charging your card even after you cancel the service.. no refund provided even with weeks wasted no sales coming in due to no inventory sync. I love it because it keeps us so connected with clients, but also with our work team, it has integrations with additional aspects. On the other hand, it contains a very intense interface. It has very relevant characteristics, but we always find small things that make our work difficult, there are errors when updating the system and this delays the activities that I have planned a bit. In general, you need to obtain in-depth information on the protocol that the techniques entail to use the platform, but after obtaining the knowledge that is deserved, it becomes bearable and accessible. Of all the platforms I've tested, SureDone has the best bulk upload/download flexibility and capability that I have seen. I do a lot of bulk uploading/downloading, and picking what columns you want to use makes life a lot easier. Many other platforms require you to maintain a template that might have 10, 20, or 30 mandatory columns that have to be filled out. With SureDone I can bulk upload/download with as little as two columns or with as many as I want. The other great thing about Surdone is the custom fields and mapping.
