What do you like best about SureCloud?

The ability to customise the assessments and the risk logic behind them is something that no other provider was able to deliver. In a fast paced tech organisation you need to be able to adjust and customise risk appetites, tiering and scoring on a continuous basis. Having the ability to do so on the Surecloud system, create custom scoring for each assessment question, custom Tiers for third parties and different assessments of the shelf without further integration support was excellent start. We further customised the system with excellent support from Surecloud's implementation team and introduced automated acceptance of assessments based on organisational risk appetite. We didn't manage to get this end to end flow presented by any other providers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

The UI could be better and faster and in some cases a user has to follow quite a few steps prior to navigating between the sections, but you get used to it. Integration with JIRA is somewhat limited which is what we wanted - hoping that this will get better with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The fact it is a modules software and you can purchase what you need for your organisation, all the modules integrate quite easily and you can do roll out by stages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

The user interface has been improving but it can be more user friendly, the new tile interface it is better and the new search facility it is more user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

SureCloud provides a simple solution for various needs, easy to use, easy to learn. The best thing about working with SureCloud is the time they have given to make sure the platform meets our needs. What do you dislike about SureCloud?

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The functionality within the platform is almost limitless. SureCloud support & project team are very processional and provide great enhancement, changes that are unique to our organisation. Not just an off the shelf solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The Data Privacy compliance module within the platform is intuitive, logical and easy to scale. SureCloud supported implementation and adapted the product to our particular specification.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

Clear audit trail for data protection compliance such as DPIAs, SARs, incidents register. Good reporting if the tool is used fully however the reporting is difficult to configure. Helps with third party risk management too. Good customer service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

Cumbersome platform. Difficult to configure effectively. Platform is slow also. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
