The ability to customise the assessments and the risk logic behind them is something that no other provider was able to deliver. In a fast paced tech organisation you need to be able to adjust and customise risk appetites, tiering and scoring on a continuous basis. Having the ability to do so on the Surecloud system, create custom scoring for each assessment question, custom Tiers for third parties and different assessments of the shelf without further integration support was excellent start. We further customised the system with excellent support from Surecloud's implementation team and introduced automated acceptance of assessments based on organisational risk appetite. The UI could be better and faster and in some cases a user has to follow quite a few steps prior to navigating between the sections, but you get used to it. Integration with JIRA is somewhat limited which is what we wanted - hoping that this will get better with time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
