What do you like best about SureCloud?

SureCloud's platform is fully customizable and they will tailor your instance to your company's needs. Their tools are user-friendly, and their customer service is extremely helpful and willing to ensure your application is running exactly how it needs to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

The only thing that I don't like is that while you're moving through the application deployment schedule and possibly once you've deployed it into your organization, you'll see some things you want to tweek and customize to your company's needs. Reserving the time for this can be a little daunting so plan ahead in your project scope, but this will be worth it as SureCloud will make all of the changes you want are made. What do you like best about SureCloud?

This company has a tremendous customer-centric approach. Having successfully bid for our contract, they have proven to be exceptionally good at addressing our issues and demands. They quickly and efficiently reconfigured the product to suit our needs. What do you dislike about SureCloud?

Not much to dislike about this company, although I do dislike the current tendency to encrypt commercially sensitive emails as, most of the time, the restrictions on our server make it difficult to open them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The Third Party and Supplier Risk Management tool which SureCloud offers has always been a user-friendly and less complex tool.

The entire SureCloud team has always been very supportive and offers immediate assistance in case of any issues.

We have always had a good experience when we have had our bespoke requirement to meet our needs for enterprise risk management. The team listened patiently to our requirements, well-understood them, had offered good suggestions and have implemented what we wanted without any disagreement. What do you dislike about SureCloud?

Nothing major except that certain modules of the platform could not be customised as per our requirement due to performance issues however there was an alternative solution which was offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

SureCloud is one of the best tools which provide a great GRC application. The team here is very approachable and always ready to help its customers in order to resolve their challenges. The Response time and solution provided to the customer's problems are commendable. They not only listen to the customer's issues patiently ,but also suggest great ideas and better solutions. What do you like best about SureCloud?

The built in modules for risk and third party management are excellent straight out the box. A real value add is then the ability to quickly tailor these to suit our business needs. This flexibility extends to the way we can report, follow trends and link what is past were disparate sources of information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

The interface has in the past been something of a steep learning curve, but evolution of this has made it less so. If you're making the leap from Excel for your GRC or TPRM this might still be a challenge, but less so if you are used to using any other GRC tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SureCloud?

The SureCloud platform has the ability to be tailored to the very specific needs of our organisation, both during design and, to a slightly lesser extent, post go-live. This has allowed us to identify and respond to issues or changes (e.g. organisational, procedural, etc.) quickly and ensures that our implementation remains current and in line with the needs of the organisation throughout the platform's lifecycle.

Much of this can be done without the need for direct involvement of SureCloud themselves, resulting in significant time and cost savings, and ultimately, providing a platform that can truly be said to be tailored to our needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

Responsiveness could be improved in some areas, particularly when creating new forms, loading larger forms, or loading dashboards. This issue appears to be directly correlated to the complexity of the form/dashboard being loaded or of the dataset/s behind it. Whilst the majority of users are unlikely to encounter much in the way of delays, those roles that work in multiple areas of the platform over an extended period, may find the delay on loading somewhat of a frustration at times. What do you like best about SureCloud?

SureCloud have been a great Company to work with to build and implement a company specific solution without costing a fortune.

The client support from sales to service is excellent - they are keen to understand our needs and work flexibly to ensure requirements are delivered

What do you like best about SureCloud?

We were impressed with the engagement of the professional services team and they were able to tailor their toolset around our needs for something bespoke, understood the requirements perfectly. Another element we were happy about was that we did not have to change too much to be able to use the GRC software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureCloud?

Jira integration will be very useful to us but it is not available yet and it would be useful to be a little more customisable by ourselves to avoid the need for professional services to make minor tweaks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
