What do you like best about SupportSync?

Its ability to integrate into Zendesk.

The automatic updates for customers.

Ability to automatically create shipping labels!

What do you dislike about SupportSync?

It is limited in the vendors you can use to create shipping labels internally. It can only use USPS, FedEx, and UPS. The main thing it is missing is DHL (we have to do it externally and import tracking manually) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering SupportSync:

Stop using a system not meant for RMAs. SupportSync is the best way to go especially if you use Zendesk. Your support agents get more out of it, and so will your RMA/Repairs team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SupportSync solving and how is that benefiting you?

Organizing our RMAs and repairs, with this system, we have more data available, and our processes are faster, from creating and sending labels to marking RMAs as received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
