supernormal Pros and Cons

We are very happy to include the Supernormal to our Scrum Meetings and Team meetings. It is very good in capturing the notes and provide it in a crisy manner with action items define. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I liked the little pop up that enabled you to annotate your meetings as you went. I liked how it showed up in the zoom meeting - it came in as audio rather than video so you could hide the non-video participants so it wasn't in your face. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The AI is not yet very good. It had trouble recognizing the different voices and the summaries were often not on point. While the range of templates promises a lot, the quality of what was produced was lacking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Super easy to make notes, especially with the shortcuts. I like the way that we can quick access the actions buttons and quick open notes, that is very valuable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
