We use Supermetrics for Looker Studio and unfortunately have frequent issues with the connections or the way the metrics and dimensions pull in. There's a lot of custom work needed to blend data and apply filters to look at just certain campaigns. They are making this easier, but it's more work than we anticipated. The speed and integration with platforms. It's very straightforward, whether on Looker or Google Sheets. The result of the extractions is also simple to manipulate, using it in any way you want: pivot table, dashboards... It is a very powerful tool for integrating results from different platforms in just one place, allowing automatic updates and optimizing the team's routine tasks. The method of adding data sources is not that intuitive and requires a learning curve. Dashboards can take a while to load – especially when they have many data sources added on it. Reports can also take while to load large data sets. 3rd party integrations changes on their end may result in errors in your side. Saves a ton of time when compliling reporting data and queries are verys simple to set up. Seamless integration with Google sheets. Various ways to segment data.

It is very easy to get data from different sources. I've been using Supermetrics for many years and I can't imagine reporting for clients without it. I have Supermetrics for Google Sheet, triggers set up, all connected to Looker Studio. Preparing reports and analyzes is easy and fast.
