What do you like best about Supermetrics?

This software allows you to pull in metrics that are not available "out of the box" with Google data studio - for example, AdWords ad performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

It takes a minute to figure out how to get the most out of it. I wish there was a free version that was available with limited features - the free trial duration is a bit short. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

This product is great- it allows us to automatically pull in much of our marketing data into one place easily- so we focus less on actually getting at the data and more at using the data to create insights & value for the business Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

I have no complaints about the platform. We use it in addition to other vendors to get at all of our data, so I suppose the only 'con' would be that there aren't more supported data sources. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

Supermetrics has developed connectors with a lot of common marketing tools (AdWords, Bing, Facebook Ads, Linkedin Ads, twitter Ads, Analytics, Data Studio...). This let us to create complex reports that download data in one place and to save much time. We use the product "supermetrics for Google Sheets", version Pro (there is a free version, only for Google Analytics and a super pro version with additional features). There are two other product versions. From time to time they offer you special discounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

Perhaps that for some reports the data can be download only once a day. The price is reasonable, but if you want more features you have to pay for more than one product. As a suggestion, it would be useful to have this tool in other languages like Spanish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

It saves me hours per week by automatically updating all my sheets with the most recent data from the different platforms and campaigns. No more exporting CSV and reformatting etc. It's like having access to all the APIs without having to code. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

Not much to be honest. Can't really think of anything. Earlier there was annoying bug that would keep on telling me my license would expire, even though I have a recurring subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I cannot stress enough, this is as important a tool as knowing how to use Google Tag Manager. It saves time and powers up your marketing toolbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Supermetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a digital marketer, you are using several platforms all of the time, and if you're anyhow serious about your craft, you want to get all the necessary data to measure the performance. Instead of having to login everywhere, export & download .csvs and reformatting it to fit your reporting sheets, Supermetrics pours all of this data (or whatever filter you put on top of it) into your sheets at your desired interval. It connects with pretty much all of the fundamental services (GA, Adwords, FB, DoubleClick, Youtube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Supermetrics?

I like the easiness of pulling raw data from multiple sources in google sheets. The reports can be scheduled and emailed. Creating AdWords dashboard to monitor performance has been really useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Supermetrics?

I would like to see SnapChat added a data source and Instagram Stories metrics. Also, some Facebook page metrics should be refined - like post reactions, or it doesn't report on reactions of shared posts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
